Financial Resources for Service members, Veterans, spouses, their families, and survivors.
- Beneficiary Financial Counseling Services (BFCS) - Provides free financial counseling services to beneficiaries of the Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance (SGLI), Family Servicemembers' Group Life Insurance (FSGLI), Traumatic Injury Protection (TSGLI), and Veterans' Group Life Insurance (VGLI) programs.
- Available for two years from date claim is paid, up to 40 hours total.
- Casualty Affairs - Provides assistance and support to the families of Service members who are missing, ill, injured, or deceased.

- National Veterans Financial Resource Center (FINVET) - was created by the VA Office of Suicide Prevention because financial well-being is related to better mental health and lower risk of suicide. FINVET takes a proactive approach to boost protective factors, acting as a bridge to link Veterans to resources that help them better manage their money, so that every Veteran can earn more, save more, and keep their money safe.
- Military OneSource - Provides 24/7 support giving Service members and military families tools to stay well and thrive.
- Available during service and 12 months post Service with the following exceptions:
- US Coast Guard must have deployment orders and 12 months post Service,
- Beneficiaries services are provided for Lifetime
- Installations Personal Financial Managers - Department of Defense Office of Financial Readiness resource available to Service members, Retirees, their families and beneficiaries.
- Available during your period of enlistment with the following exceptions:
- US Coast Guard must have deployment orders and 12 months post Service,
- Retiree, Retiree Family members, and Beneficiaries services are provided for Lifetime.
- Prudential Partnership Resources - The Veterans Benefits Administration has partnered with Prudential to offer financial wellness tools and resources.
- Available with no time limit.
- Financial Literacy Resource Directory - Provides publically available information on financial literacy and education resources for consumers, bank financial educators, nonprofit organizations, and other financial literacy practitioners.
- FDIC Consumer Resource Center - The FDIC Money Smart financial education program can help people of all ages enhance their financial skills and create positive banking relationships.
- Additional Finanical Resources - VA has compiled a list of financial-related resources that can help you and your family manage, secure and protect your financnial resources and well-being.
